Did you know that since 2001, Broadfield Insurance has been offering online, interactive customer service with full policy access. That is not a claim that many firms can make.  Access today includes:

  • ID Cards, and other types of Proof of insurance, often requested. *
  • Policy Inquiry, including access to policy view, coverages, deductibles, and change requests
  • Endorsement Requests, including vehicle additions, mortgagee changes, and more
  • Certificates Online. Download existing certificates, and create / request new Certs *
  • Claim Inquiry. See existing claims, and report new claims
  • Document repository and sharing.  Review applications, quotes, schedules and more.*

  • Direct bill refers to a bill that comes directly from your insurance carrier and is paid to your carrier.
  • Agency bill is a bill from Broadfield Insurance, Warwick Resource, Sanford Insurance or PCF Insurance Services, and is payable to same.

If your policy is in cancellation status, or you have received a notice of cancellation please contact your account executive or call 845-986-2211. Payments on canceled policies will be returned by the carrier.

Agency Bill

Select this link ONLY if our agency sends you a bill, and you need to make a payment directly to the agency, or if you been specifically instructed to use this link by a Broadfield team member.  We can take a check payment, there is a small ACH fee.  Credit Card payments will include a higher fee which is paid to a 3rd party processing company. Broadfield does not receive any compensation on any fees charged. Broadfield also pays the processing company just for the ability to offer this service to our clients.  Do not make direct bill payments through this link, for direct bill see link above.
